Additional Property Attributes

The property will be utilized for light manufacturing/warehouse type uses. The new purchaser hopes to attract new tenants to the space after purchase

Former Use: Review of standard and historical sources documents the property was developed and utilized as agricultural land prior to 1940. Agricultural activities ceased between 1963 and 1972 and the land was fallow. The current industrial building and surrounding parking lot were constructed in 1977. Occupants of the property have consisted of a sportswear company from at least 1977 to 1993, a martial arts gym from at least 1989 to 1993, a basketball warehouse from 1989 to 1996, a storage warehouse from 1999 to 2000, A plastic distributing and plastic cutting/fabrication occupant from at least 2002 to current.
