Additional Property Attributes

The current blighted property is to be demolished with new construction of a mixed use office with residential structure. New connection to public water and sewer will be included along with all new infrastructure and landscaping.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources documents that the property was vacant land from prior to 1940 until between 1952 and 1956, when the current building was constructed for residential use. The building was converted to commercial use in the 1970s, and has been occupied by various professional offices since the 1970s.
