Additional Property Attributes

The Coalfield Development is property owner and is redeveloping the site for its social enterprise incubation program - with tenants lined up for Solar Holler and The ReUse Corridor. 7/26/2024 - Coalfield Development completed the WV VRP August 2023 utilizing a $500,000 US EPA Brownfields Cleanup Grant. Additional remediation is required to address ACM in buildings that are planned for renovation or demolition. Therefore, Coalfield has requested a $157,750 loan and $57,500 subgrant from the Huntington RLF program to use toward ACM removal and disposal.
