Former Use: Standard and other historical sources document that the subject property was utilized for agricultural purposes from prior to 1940 until the 1950s, and was vacant land until the 1960s, when the property was developed with a parking lot associated with the former Ford-Wixom assembly plant located west of the subject property. The subject property was utilized as a paved parking lot until approximately 2007, when the former Ford-Wixom assembly plant closed. The former parking lot was removed and the property cleared for redevelopment between 2010 and 2015
