This property will be part of the planned white water park due to be constructed in 2019.

Former Use: Past Ownership: Mr. Tom Tisthammer Past Tenants: Wattle and Daub Contractors (construction and restoration contractor) Property History/Description: From 1906 to 1953 the site appears to have been vacant land. The existing site building was constructed in 1960. From 1960 until 1988, the building was used to temporarily store equipment from an off-site quarry (Munroe Quarry). From 1988 until approximately 1996 the site appears to have been unoccupied. From 1996 to 1997, the site was owned and operated as an automotive repair shop by Mr. Greg Krush and Mr. John Steininger. From 1997 to 2016 the site was owned by Mr. Tom Tisthammer and occupied by Wattle and Daub Contractors. The buildings will be demolished, and the property will be used for a City Park.
