It resulted from historic use, such as, but not limited to, storage of lead piping, use of oyster shells for driveway coverage and trash burning. The groundwater contamination consisted of dieldrin.the School District of Escambia County has met the criteria in Chapter 62-780, F.A.C., including the commitments set forth in the technical submittals with respect to the implementation of engineering controls and recordation of institutional controls. The technical submittals indicate that acceptable Alternative Cleanup Target Levels (ACTLs) have been established for soil and groundwater contaminants remaining at the above-referenced contaminated site, in conjunction with appropriate engineering and institutional controls. Dieldrin groundwater contamination found to be present beneath the site appears to be from a non-point offsite source. Therefore, the Escambia County School District has satisfied the site rehabilitation requirements for the above-referenced contaminated site
