Additional Property Attributes

The potential purchaser (Central State Brewing) has identified this property as a key property in order to expand their existing operations. Central States Brewing is planning on re-purposing the building to house their stainless steel brewery production operations.

Former Use: The Site is currently under utilized and only partially occupied by a roofing contractor. The Site was most recently fully occupied by Commercial Finishing Company (ceased operations in approximately 2014), which operated as a finishing shop for various metal products such as seat belt buckles, electronic cabinetry, and heating and cooling equipment parts. The facility included four paint booths, a stripping line, a solvent distillation area, a paint waste booth, a paint storage area, an exterior distilled solvent storage area, and an exterior waste storage area. Historical review indicates the site was vacant land prior to construction of the existing building in approximately 1969. Previous occupants included tool and die manufacturers and machine shops. The Commercial Finishing Company operated on the Site from at least 1993 through approximately 2014.
