Ribbon cutting was held for the facility opening on August 27, 2019. The incubator will provide a fully certified commercial kitchen and related facilities for training of neighborhood residents in the culinary industry. Micro-enterprises and small businesses will also be able to rent space within the facility.

Former Use: Primarily residential. A store operated at the eastern corner of the property until the mid 1960s. Entire tract is currently vacant.
