Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.48 acres of land developed with an approximately 2,400 square-foot, single-story former car wash building. The remainder of the Property was developed with paved parking, concrete aprons for the car wash bays, and landscaped areas. The areas north, east, and northwest of the Property were comprised of residential homes and the areas to the south, southwest, and west were commercial developments. This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Property except for the following: � The subgrade antifreeze radiant heat system (Sections 5.4, 5.4.5, and 5.4.7). � The sump pits in each car wash bay (Sections 5.4, 5.4.4, and 6.1). � The leaking drum of unidentified liquid (Section 5.3.5). � The historic operation of automotive repair and dry cleaning southwest of the Property

Former Use: 1896 A portion of the Property was depicted and developed with a dwelling with an outbuilding. 1902 - 1976 The Property was fully depicted and developed with three dwellings and three to four outbuildings. The City Directory listing indicates vacancy or the names of individuals as occupants of the Property. In 1928, a vacancy listing existed for 1222 West Jefferson, but a corresponding structure was not depicted on fire insurance maps. 1981 - 2003 The Property appeared in aerial photographs to be developed with one building on the western portion. The Property address was not listed in City Directory listings until 1998, when it was listed with the name of an individual. 2004 - 2014 The car wash building at the Property was constructed in 2004 and operated as Super Wash until September 2014. 2014 - 2017 The Property has been vacant.
