Additional Property Attributes

Planned redevelopment for renovation of the property for use as a new restaurant

Former Use: Review of standard and historical sources indicates the subject property was developed prior to 1926 with a filling station in the northwestern portion, with two associated USTs east of the station. The filling station was demolished and a new filling station constructed immediately southeast of the former station between 1926 and 1931, which was demolished between at least 1931 and 1950, with two gasoline USTs present east of the new filling station and in a different location than the previous USTs. The western portion of the current building was constructed east of the filling station between 1931 and 1940, with an addition constructed to the eastern portion between 1950 and 1952. The current building was occupied by various gasoline dispensing and automotive service stations from initial construction until approximately 1955, various automotive service operations from that time until 2016, and has been vacant of operations since 2016.
