Additional Property Attributes

Structures at the target property include an office building, two dispenser stations with metal racks and metal coverings, a smaller storage shed, a larger storage shed, two wooden dumpster enclosures, and an underground storage tank (UST) system consisting of five USTs. The northern portion of the site is covered with concrete and the southern portion of the property is covered with gravel. Vegetation lines the north, south, and east boundaries of the property. The UST system at the ite is made up of two 10,000-gallon gasoline tanks, two 10,000-gallon diesel tanks, nd a 2,000-gallon kerosene tank. The site is currently out of use and was formerly used for fuel distributing. The site is considered abandoned because the company that formerly owned the target property, Moak Petroleum, has dissolved. The state has taken ownership of the target property through State Constitutional authority for Tax Forfeiture.
