Additional Property Attributes

Property is an urban garden. No change is site use is proposed.

Former Use: A railroad extension platform extends onto the northwestern border of the Property. The railroad extension was depicted in the 1950 Fire Insurance Map, extending farther onto the Property than it currently does. In our opinion, the historical presence of the railroad presents conditions indicative of a release to the environment, which is a REC.
