Additional Property Attributes

Property is an urban garden. No change is site use is proposed.

Former Use: The Property may contain hazardous substances in soil historically import as fill material. In our experience, regulatory agencies do not intentionally pursue cleanup of this common and widespread condition for urban land. However, if soils from the Property were to be removed, it is likely that the soil would not be considered clean and should be managed in accordance with PADEP policies (e.g., PADEP, 2010. Management of Fill policy). Limited soil testing indicated that lead and the PAHs benzo(a)pyrene and benzo(b)fluoranthene were present in soil samples at elevated concentrations with respect to residential standards.
