History: The Kresge Building was built in 1900 and housed various office and retail institutions in downtown Warren. The building was purchased by Tech Belt Land Company LLC who has secured $3M in funding for development into an energy-technology incubator. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and the project will be awarded State and Federal tax credits upon completion of the renovation.
