Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA with a Demolition Asbestos Survey was completed in February 2017 that revealed no evidence of RECs associated with the property. The asbestos survey revealed limited ACMs - which determined demolition practices and material handling. While no records of historical heating oil tanks were found; a geophysical investigation was suggested prior to demolition.

Former Use: Vacant, former seminary dormitory/classroom structure slated for demolition in 2017. No other historical use was recorded for the property.
