Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: This corner lot in downtown Missoula hosts a building constructed in 1994 which is leased to a variety of tenants. The property is slated for redevelopment as part of the larger Riverfront Triangle project. The lot formerly hosted a succession of light industrial and/or commercial uses, ranging from a creamery (early 1900s) to a service station (Husky brand in the 1970s). The lot currently hosts commercial tenants.
