Additional Property Attributes

Former gas station, acquired by Klamath County through tax foreclosure. Vacant with USTs remaining in place until removed for assessment using grant funds. Follow up soil and groundwater sampling completed. DEQ issued NFA 7/22/219. The NFA is conditional on placement of a vapor barrier for any future development. A deed restriction prohibiting the use of groundwater has been placed on the property.
