Additional Property Attributes

Tthe Property consisted of approximately 10.62 acres of land developed with an approximately 80,000 square-foot, building foundation. The remainder of the Property was developed with paved parking and landscaped areas. The surrounding area was residential and commercial. � The former industrial use of the Property from at least the mid 1940�s through the late 1990�s. � The potential for environmental impact from the leaking transformer reported on the Property in 1987. � Multiple groundwater monitoring wells were noted at the Property. Review of information from prior investigations identified the presence of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and metal contamination in the soil and groundwater at the Property. � The potential for environmental impact from migration of hazardous substances and/or petroleum products from south adjoining auto repair operations in the early 1960�s.
