Renovations for use as a sports performance/training/fitness center.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that industrial development of the subject property took place in 1977 with the construction of the current building. Prior to 1977, the property contained vacant or agricultural land. Historical records document the use of the subject property as a machine shop from at least 1979 to 1986, and as an office and warehouse since 1988. In 2009, interior alterations were begun to prepare the building for use as a nutritional supplement processing operation; however, the conversion was never completed and the property has been vacant for about three years.
