Additional Property Attributes

The Property comprises two tax parcels and is located within the downtown core of Provo as shown in Figure 1. The first Property parcel, �Parcel #�1 is identified by Utah County as serial number 04:059:0026 on tax lot 8, Block 64, Plat A. The footprint of Parcel #1 is covered entirely by a commercial building of block/brick construction. The approximately 11,325 square feet (sq ft) building was constructed in phases beginning sometime prior to 1888. Access to the building is from 200 West and a rear entrance at the southwest corner of the building. Based upon information provided by Mr. Kenneth Collins, the brother (or �a relative�) of Ms. Collins, the Collins family began operating a dry cleaner on Parcel #1 circa 1946. The second Property parcel �Parcel #2� is identified by Utah County as serial number 04:059:0026 on tax lot 1, Block 64, Plat A. The parcel contains a house with an exterior brick fa�e, constructed sometime prior to 1925.
