Former Use: This site consists of three adjoining parcels of land totaling approximately 1.6 acres. This site is bounded by 5th Street and 2nd Street to the north and south, and by 10th Avenue to the west. 411 10th Avenue is developed with a two-story commercial building currently used for personal storage by the site owner. 413 10th Avenue is developed with a single story commercial building with a basement. 413 10th Avenue is currently vacant and was recently abated, or reduced the intensity/eliminated of pollution, of asbestos and other regulated materials. The most recent commercial use of 413 10th Avenue was reportedly as a Chinese restaurant. 415 10th Avenue is developed with a two-story commercial building with a basement. 415 10th Avenue is currently vacant and was recently abated of regulated materials. The most recent commercial use of 415 10th Avenue was reportedly as office space. Based on available information, the site appears to have been initially developed in the early 1950s. By the 1960s, the site appears to have been redeveloped with current 415 and 413 10th Avenue. The building on 411 10th Avenue appears to have been constructed in the 1980s. Historically the on-site buildings have been utilized for personal storage, office space, a restaurant, and various other commercial/retail tenants. Surrounding properties appear to have historically been developed for mixed commercial and residential use. The current site owners are Robert Wallace Fox and Mary Lord Fox. Previous site owners include various private individuals.
