Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.39 acres of land developed with an approximately 1,400 square-foot, vacant, single-story commercial building. The remainder of the Property was developed with asphalt-paved and gravel parking lots. Interior portions of the building consisted of a retail area, a bathroom, an office and a service bay area. The areas surrounding the Property were comprised of commercial developments. This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Property except for the following: � The potential for unknown releases from on-site USTs, inground lift, fluid filled pit and the former use of the Property as an automobile filling station and service facility (Sections 4.1, 5.3.2, 5.3.6, 5.4.2 and 5.4.4). � The potential for migration of contaminants from unknown releases associated with the historical presence of a former drycleaner (525 Main Street) located to the east of the Property (Section 4.4.3). � The dark staining on the southeast gravel parking lot associated with the temporary parking of asphalt paving equipment (Section 5.3). � The presence of a former kerosene AST at the Property (Section 6.1).
