Additional Property Attributes

The proposed project includes building rehabilitation for mixed-use, retail on the first floor and residential on the second floor. The project is currently on hold.

Former Use: The Property is located in downtown Charlotte and is situated along the east side of S. Cochran Avenue. This area has been developed for residential and commercial use since at least 1886. The Property consists of approximately 0.06 acres and is developed with a two-story building totaling approximately 2,024 square feet. The existing structure on the property was constructed sometime prior to 1886 and has since been used for residential and commercial purposes including a shoe store and hair salons. The Man Cave thrift store has occupied the first floor of the building since at least 1988.
