Additional Property Attributes

The property currently is used as a construction yard for KE&G Construction. The owner was aware of past usage of hazardous chemicals or petroleum products on the Property.

Former Use: In 1980, the Property was used as a fenced storage area with ancillary structures outside fenced area to the southeast. In 1990, material stockpiles were observed along the western and central portion of the Property. In 1996, the Property was developed with the existing commercial building and a shade canopy. Construction materials and equipment storage were observed along the western and eastern bnoundary of the Property. In 2016, the storage structures were no longer present.
