Lot 15 was part of the Harrison Avenue Landfill (HAL), and as a result potential soil and groundwater impact has been identified as a REC. Three drums were also identified as a REC.

Former Use: Lot 15 was formerly part of the Harrison Avenue Landfill (HAL) that operated between 1952 and 1971. It is unclear exactly if this lot was of HAL or if it was instead greenspace.
