Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the Phase II investigation, the site was vacant with a temporary set up for a neighborhood festival. Contamination is related to the presence of underground storage tanks, historic fill, and surrounding site uses.

Former Use: The site was formerly comprised of several three-story residential apartment dwellings with storefronts housing various commercial businesses.
