Additional Property Attributes

At the time the Phase II investigation was completed, the site consisted of a multi-tenant retail structure and an unused multi-level parking garage. The tenants included a deli, liquor store, and a 99-cent store. At the time the Phase II was completed, it was anticipated that the retail uses would continue for at least another year.

Former Use: From at least 1950 to 1972, the site was developed with a residential and retail development, a mattress manufacturing facility, and a gasoline filling station. The gas station was located along Boston Road within the vicinity of the existing parking garage. In 2011, a dry cleaner sign was also spotted on an awning located along the southeastern portion of the retail structure.
