Additional Property Attributes

Commercial properties have existed on the site since at least 1957 when a roller skating rink was present. Previous entities include a Montgomery Ward warehouse, auto repair/service, and a small retail store. The property has been vacant since the building was demolished in 2008. Habitat for Humanity received a grant in 2019 to build single family homes, which are anticipated to be constructed on this site in 2020.
