Additional Property Attributes

The current building will continue to be utilized for office and warehousing. A second building is proposed (65,000 sf) to be marketed for an industrial tenant.

Former Use: Review of historical records documents that the property was historically agricultural land from at least 1937 to 1961. Soil disturbances evident in aerial photographs from the 1960s indicate that the subject property was likely used as a borrow pit and staging area during the construction of adjacent Interstate 75. Soil disturbances continued to be visible through the 1970s, until the construction of the current subject building in 1980. Meteor Photo and Imaging Company occupied the subject property from 1980 to 2012.
