Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: An auto repair shop existed on the southeast corner of the Subject Property, along Reading Road, from at least 1917 through the 1980s. A gas tank was shown to the east of the auto repair building in Sanborn maps between 1917 and 1950. A dairy existed on the Subject Property on the south side of W Voorhees Street from at least 1917 until approximately the 1980s. Viox Services purchased the Subject Property from Woebkenberg Dairy Company in 1980. Woebkenberg Dairy Company used a former UST on the Subject Property for gasoline from 1965 to 1972. From 1972 to 1986 the UST was used to store used oil by Worldwide Foreign Car Repair. Viox Services (aka Viox Builders) occupied the Subject Property from 1980 to 2017 as a general contractor including plumbing, construction, landscaping, and other general contracting services. An auto repair shop also existed on the Subject Property, on the south side of W Voorhees Street, from at least 1975 through 1990.
