Additional Property Attributes

Home constructed in 1990 that was exposed to an extensive fire posed a threat to the Community and was being used for illegal activities. Fire occurred about 10 years ago and the house had been abandoned. The building materials were assumed to have asbestos and a NESHAP Form was filed prior to clean and removal. The land has now been cleared and is ready for a new home to be rebuilt.

Former Use: Abandoned 1990 home that had been exposed to a fire about 10 years ago. The house was not in repairable condition and the building materials were suspected to have asbestos. The house posed a danger to the Community.
