Property has been developed into new headquarters office for Hydro Construction and is in use as of November 2017. The new headquarters building has 6500 square feet on the lower level and 3000 square feet on the upper level. No RECs were found in the Phase I ESA.

Former Use: The property is currently owned by Hoog, LLC since 2016. It was previously owned by Rodney Rice in 2016, Red Dog Dean, Inc. from 2014 to 2016, and Omnium Group, LLC from unknown to 2014. There are no buildings on site. The property is a vacant lot. This property was purchased to re-locate the company headquarters to a more suitable location and open the original site for development of a hotel.
