Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was residential prior to 1886, and remained residential until it was developed for commercial use around 1968. A gas station occupied the Property from approximately 1968 until approximately 1995. The Property has been an auto repair facility since at least 1995. Five USTs consisting of one (1) 500-gallon used oil UST, one (1) 6,000-gallon kerosene UST, one (1) 6,000-gallon diesel UST, and two (2) 6,000-gallon gasoline USTs were formerly located on the Property. All USTs were removed, and the removal was issued an NFA letter from BUSTR in 1992.
