Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.17 acres of vacant land. The areas to the north, south, and west of the Property were comprised of residential developments. The area to the east consisted of a commercial retail building. West Jefferson Street bordered the Property to the south, and unnamed alleys bordered the Property to the north and east.

Former Use: This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Property except for the following: � The potential for undetected and/or unreported releases of hazardous substances related to the clandestine drug lab operations on the Property (Sections 4.1, 4.2.2, 6.2, and 7). � The potential for environmental impact from undetected and/or unreported releases and subsequent migration of hazardous substances onto the Property from historic dry cleaning operations on the east-adjacent site (Sections 4.4.3 and 7). � The potential for environmental impact from the unknown fill material used to backfill the basement of the former house (Section 4.1). 1889 � 1916 The Property was developed with a residential dwelling and outbuilding. 1927 � 2003 The Property was occupied by one residential building split into two separate dwellings with addresses 714 and 712 West Jefferson Street. 2008 - 2016 The Property appeared vacant.
