Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Various commercial/retail shops. RECs from previous Phase I include: Fill consisting of industrial slag and mine tailings likely historically placed on property; historic impacts from adjacent and vicinity industrial properties. Update: Subject Property has been renovated recently. 12 truckloads of fill were excavated and disposed off-site. Subgrade was backfilled, and a new concrete floor was installed.
