Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.143 acres of vacant land. The areas north and east of the Property were comprised of vacant land and residential developments, the area to the west was primarily agricultural, and the area to the south was commercial. This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Property except for the following: � Potential environmental impact from reported historic underground storage tank (UST) releases at the Property represents a REC (Sections 4.1 and 6.1). � Suspected contaminated soil associated with the land farming operation at the Property represents a REC (Section 4.1).

Former Use: 1937 - 1954 The Property was developed with agricultural use. 1957 - 1998 The Property appeared to be occupied by one to two buildings. 2003 - 2016 The Property appears vacant.
