Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in June 2017 per ASTM E1527-13 revealed RECs associated with historical on-site land use (retail gas sales and auto repair), as well as the potential for unregistered/unregulated abandoned USTs. Previous limited assessment data suggests impacts remain associated with one recorded discharge. A Phase II ESA completed in October 2017 revealed residual dissolved-phase petroleum impacts associated with a former gasoline UST system. A dissolved-phase VOC impact was discovered in close proximity to the west boundary of the site (unknown origin). Supplemental groundwater assessment was recommended. Supplemental sampling conducted in April-May 2018 revealed dissolved-phase Benzene concentrations near the east boundary of the site. These impacts may be eligible for State-funded assessment/cleanup. All impacts are below the current Natural Attenuation Default Criteria; as such, no active remediation is required or recommended as of the date of the supplemental assessment report (June 5, 2018)
