Former Use: The property operated as Cleveland/Hardwick Woolen Mills from approximately 1880 until 1974. Portions of the subject property have since been occupied by retail businesses, commercial storage, and a metal electroplating company. Servidores, LLC purchased the subject property in 1999 from Hardwick Clothes, Inc.
