Subsequent to the Phase I ESA, the building was demolished and property repurposed by the City.

Former Use: Former service/filling station in operation on site from about the early 1950�s to the 1960�s. The site was used as a municipal building from about the 1970�s until 2016. A municipal water tower is located on the site. The site was unoccupied during the Phase I ESA site reconnaissance.
