Property Highlights

The contamination on property is gradually being remediated or mitigated by the property owner through a hired environmental consultant and under the direction of the WDNR. Former Use: Developed in 1979 as a machine shop (Barton Products Corp.) that manufactured precision screws. Previously was a farm field. Assets sold in 2007 to Barton Precision Components, which defaulted on its debt in 2011 with its assets sold at auction to Clearshot Partners (an affiliate of Prism Mfg Group). In 2016, Prism went into receivership and its assets were liquidated. Building has been vacant since 2016.
