Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is located on the northwest corner of Superior Road and North Huron River Drive, in a residential area of Ypsilanti, Michigan. The Property is undeveloped, wooded land with a sanitary pump station in the southeast portion. Prior to the 1940s, the Property appeared to have been used for agricultural purposes. From the 1940s through the 1960s, the land was vacant wooded land. In the 1960s, a municipal water well was drilled on the Property and a sanitary pump station was installed by the City of Ypsilanti. The well was abandoned in 1998; however, the pump station remains on the Property. The remainder of the Property has remained wooded since the 1960s. The City of Ypsilanti has owned the Property since at least the 1960s.
