Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in August 2017 revealed RECs in relation to the subject site. On-site RECs were related to an above-ground heating oil tank with potential surface impacts and a former swimming pool filled from unknown source. Off-site sources of potential impacts included adjacent and nearby petroleum storage/use/handling facilities. BERs associated with the on-site structure included asbestos, lead-based paint, and radon likely associated with building materials.

Former Use: Historical use includes municipal civic center and leasing by private-funded school.
