A Restrictive Use Agreement was filed for the subject property, in January 2015, which prohibits the installation of drinking water wells and restricts land use to Nonresidential purposes

Cover Technologies (e.g., Capping)
Contaminant concentrations were detected in the soil samples analyzed from the subject property parent parcel north of the subject property that represent a potential vapor intrusion concern within the subject building. Therefore, additional assessment of the potential vapor intrusion pathway is warranted to verify that an unacceptable exposure is not occurring.

Concentrations above the LNAPL screening levels for SVII and DC were identified north of the subject property on the parent parcel within the area of AOI #50 that includes the subject property. Therefore, surface cover consisting of a minimum of four inches of concrete, asphalt, grass/topsoil, and/or the building foundation will be maintained.

Athough not currently anticipated, future development of the property would require additional response activities and/or due care considerations including, but not limited to, assessment of the potential for flammable/explosive vapor accumulation and vapor intrusion in relation to any new structures and during the construction phase. If future activities are planned, updated due care documentation and recommendations will be generated to address the planned activities.
