Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 1.53-acre Property is comprised of four tax lots located in downtown Vancouver.. A 10,625 square-foot commercial building, known as the Webber Machine Works building, is located in the northeast corner of the Property. The remainder of the Property is in use as an asphalt paved parking lot. The Property is zoned for commercial use. REC #1: Records show that the Property was historically occupied by light industrial operations and fuel dispensing facilities. No evidence of a significant release associated with these historical Property uses was identified. REC #2: A release was reported during decommissioning activities (Cleanup Site ID 11159, LUST ID 2453) in 1992. No evidence of significant petroleum or hazardous substance releases was observed during the drilling of soil or soil vapor borings or reflected in laboratory testing of soil samples collected. REC #3: Ecology records indicate the presence of a gasoline UST on the site. It is unknown if this UST has been removed. No evidence of significant petroleum or hazardous substance releases was observed during drilling or reflected in laboratory testing of soil or soil vapor samples collected. REC #4: Historical city directory information indicates the �Interstate Fuel Company� was located adjacent south of the Property (north of the railroad right-of-way) in 1966. No evidence of significant petroleum or hazardous substance releases was observed or reflected in laboratory testing of soil samples collected.
