Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on standard historical sources, a 2017 Phase I ESA discovered the subject Site was occupied by various dry cleaners from 1925 to 1964 and by a laundry mat from 1954 to 1970. All Site structures were razed by 2012. Off-site concerns include filling stations which historically occupied adjoining properties east (from at least 1920 to 1969) and northeast (from 1964 to 1975) of the Site. The north adjoining property to the Site was developed as an auto garage and repair shop from 1920 to 1935, was occupied by a printing company from 1935 to 1940, and was occupied by a dry cleaner from 1935 to 1964.
