The property has historically been utilized for commercial purposes and as office space. The building was occupied by several businesses beginning in 1966 including the following: Dura Business Machines; Beckman Scientific Instruments; Sheridan Associates; Tekmar (scientific instruments); Witt Sales Co.; Interactive Information Systems; Arrow Electronics; Emergency Locksmith; and Visiting Angels. It appears likely that past operations were mainly office and warehouse type in nature and no evidence of heavy manufacturing at the property was identified.
