Community Impact - Property sold by 10 Knollcrest Inc. to Rishon Enterprises Inc. Former Use: The property was undeveloped prior to 1966. The property has historically been utilized for commercial purposes and as office space. The building was occupied by several businesses beginning in 1966 including the following: Dura Business Machines; Beckman Scientific Instruments; Sheridan Associates; Tekmar (scientific instruments); Witt Sales Co.; Interactive Information Systems; Arrow Electronics; Emergency Locksmith; and Visiting Angels. It appears likely that past operations were mainly office and warehouse type in nature and no evidence of heavy manufacturing at the property was identified.
