Additional Property Attributes

Subject property consists of one main production building that included 14 interconnected process areas and numerous ancillary support structures that were all previously used for the production of steel.

Former Use: The Subject property was acquired by Mclouth Steel Company in approximately 1947 and used for the production of steel. After bankruptcy, the site was acquired by the Detroit Steel Company how resumed a a portion of the operations for a time, but later ceased operations in 2005. A large portion of the facility is not used and is in disrepair.
