Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was developed in 1967 by East Shore Chemical Company (ESCO). ESCO operated on the property originally manufacturing blue dyes and later exclusively making color formers for thermal paper. Operations ceased in July 2017. The most recent environmental assessment data from 2014 indicated groundwater contamination was limited to a single location, monitoring well CW-7, located northwest of the office building. At this location, tetrachloroethylene (67 �g/L) and trichloroethylene (4.2 �g/L) were observed.
