Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Subject Site operated from sometime before 1892 to after 1905 as a sawmill and planing mill, a beverage storage/canning company (western portion), and more recently as a lumber storage and commercial lumber sales lot from at least 1939 through 2014 when the business was closed. The property is currently unoccupied and is zoned commercial � other retail structures and current redevelopment plans are for multi-unit residential or mixed use. The Subject Site is currently owned by Mr. James Menis.
