Additional Property Attributes

15 South Ontario LLC. plans to renovate building into loft apartments. The Phase I was updated to include 15 South Ontario LLC into user reliance statement.

Former Use: The Property is comprised of approximately 0.65 acre of developed land situated east of Ontario Street, which provides access to and from the Property. The Property is developed with an eight-story, 90,882-square foot former office/warehouse building with a full basement; an attached single story, 6,235-square foot warehouse/garage; and approximately 0.2 acre of asphalt parking and unloading area south of the Property building. Commerce Paper occupied the Property from 1970 until January of 2017 when they moved locations and sold the property to Arte Express. Arte Express is planning to renovate the building into living space. Past uses of the Property appear to have been various commercial businesses that used the Property building for offices and/or warehouse space.
